More plumbing. I need to get the blank tank situation squared away before the snow flies. It will not be fun spending a day under the bus in the snow. I decided to skip the grey water tank as initially I’m not going to be living in this full time and will be at parks or campgrounds a lot initially. I have a 30gl tank but I just figured this would be easier for now.
I ran to Home Depot and picked up a few more misc plumbing adapters. The Hepvo valve only has the connections to go to the thin wall 1 1/2″ pcv and not sch 40. So most of the adapters are from line wall to sch40. Getting the slope right was a bear but in the end I think I got it. I used that cheap hole saw set to cut the holes in the tank for the grommets. Then wrestled that tank back in place tightened the nylock nuts down and made sure the pipes fit right in the tank grommets. It was a huge success! I’m going to spray foam around the were the pipes go through the floor but I need to get a second Hepvo for the sink yet and glue those pipes in place first.
After several times back and forth under the bus I finally have the pipes cut right and glued. I used a sharpie to mark the spot I needed to glue them together. Just a line that went from one section to the other. The toilet pipe being test fit so I could trace around it and drill the hole Holes drilled and gaskets in place. I used dish soap to be able to work these in place Mounted in place and fittings tightened, near ready for the Black tank Black tank in Toilet drain and sink drain in. I glued a small piece of leftover pcv in place and then the dump valve. Waiting on the second Hepvo to arrive and I’ll add it in here. Still need to hookup the water lines. Drains pipes in. Still need to secure the Toilet flange. Need to pick up some stainless Screws.
