Started on the shower walls. I put some 1×2’s in the corners and some more horizontal bracing. I’m forgoing the manufacturers instructions on using plywood backing and troweling powergrab all over it, hope it turns out. The walls are thin mdf covered in epoxy, they are sold at Menards. The have these nice plastic edges for corners and ends to clean it up. The panles are just test fit in now. I still have to adjust the cuts a bit and secure. I’m going to use powergrab then caulk around the edges. I also added in a light wired to a switch outside. Next step is the plumbing fixtures and cutting in holes for the drains.
