Solar Panel Day! Due to Covid I’ve got a lot of free time. I finally got around to putting the solar panels on the roof. Used Butyl tape under the mounts and then self leveling dicor all the way around every bracket, edge and screw. I cut a 3/4″ hole in the roof and installed a rubber grommet then the solar gland over the top. I was able to use stainless self tapping screws to go into the bus frame on half of each panel, then the others just used self tappers to go into the aluminum skin. I installed the panels in parallel.

I ended up using Dicor to hold down the wiring.
