4 Leaf, B1=12.5″, B2=12.5″, D=3.5″, Eye Hole Diameter?

Tires
Set of 4 (FOUR) Transeagle ST Radial II Premium Trailer Radial Tires-ST215/75R14: https://amzn.to/3wc2Zi6
– These fit on the existing 4 Stud Fayette rims
– The original Tires that were on mine were at least 30 years old. I didn’t get a picture of the size, but they were so old they didn’t have the new size on them. They were Load Range C, Max load single 1680lbs at 50psi cold 4 Ply.
Factory rims are Dayton Fayette 4 Stud, 14″x6″. Good luck finding these!
NOTE: Check the end of the Lug Studs, they are marked L or R as they are Left and Right hand thread!
Camper Dimensions
Length 19ft, Tip of Tongue to rear bumper.
Width 93″
Walls
Existing walls were 4mm Paper faced Plywood, and 1 5/8″x 1 5/8″ Douglas fir
Nailed, Screwed, Stapled and Glued Together
I used 2×4″ for the new walls, ripped down to 1-5/8″ by 1-1/2″. Then made sure to orient them correctly so the thinner side didn’t throw off any measurements..
Floors
1 5/8″ and 3/4″ Plywood with Linoleum sheet vinyl floor and aluminum belly skin, They originally used fiberglass insulation here, I went with 1.5″ foam board.
– Total Thickness 2 1/4″
For my new floor I replicated this. I used sheet vinyl and glued it down just like the factory. Then the walls, cabinets, etc was set on this.
The original floor was bolted down using Elevator Bolts, these are hard to come by. I used Carriage bolts with Galvanized Pronged Washers and countersunk them a bit so the head was flush.
Ceiling
Original Ceiling was just 4mm cardboard with vinyl wallpaper on it. It was awful!
My new ceiling is 4mm plywood with Vinyl wallpaper factory applied. I got it from a local small plywood store here in WI. It was discontinued and they can’t get more.
NOTE: The ceiling is sandwiched between the roof joists and the top of the walls. This adds a significant amount of rigidity that you cannot get back if you gut these wood framed ones and cannot replicate this.
Electrical
Original Power Converter was a Progressive Dynamics PD 708/707 SN:16086 (Without battery charger)
115v, 6 Amps, Max charging rate 9amps, Total Max output 30Amps
I replaced my power converter with a new one, WFCO WF-8735-AD 35Amp: https://amzn.to/3xZ8Yaq
– NOTE: I was rewiring my entire camper so this is not a direct replacement. I put mine in the rear closet.
